The position

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Sales Associate to help grow operations in our London showroom as soon as possible. You will be responsible for providing a quality customer experience during appointments, managing after-sales service online and spearheading the expansion of the company in the British watchmaking environment.

You will help manage a physical point of sale and will organize BALTIC’s presence at watchmaking events.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic about watchmaking, social and outgoing, who is creative and able to think outside the mold. BALTIC is a thriving brand in the global watchmaking landscape, opportunities for personal and professional development are multiple.

Main tasks

Showroom :

  • Welcoming customers, presenting the collections and providing counsel in accordance with their needs.

  • Keeping the showroom organized and welcoming, ensuring optimal organisation and presentation of products.

  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating restocking.

Customer service :

  • Responding to customer enquiries by email.

  • Supporting our customers via the after-sales service.

Business development:

  • Organizing BALTIC events at the showroom or in partner locations.

  • Developing BALTIC’s presence in the UK through the events, shows and fairs or promotional activities which you will attend.

  • Innovating and finding new ways to promote our products and engage with the community in the UK.


Preferred experience

  • A strong interest in the watchmaking world is crucial and basic knowledge is appreciated.

  • Previous experiences in sales or customer service appreciated.

  • Social and outgoing.

  • Creativity and innovative spirit

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Possibility to work Saturdays.

  • Willingness to attend watch fairs and travel for work.

  • Basic knowledge of French appreciated, but not mandatory.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Working conditions
