International events > organize globally, lead locally

We have made our mark at trade shows across Europe, Africa, and LATAM. Next on our radar are North America and Asia. With the support of key partners offering international exposure, our credibility continues to grow. To effectively scale these initiatives, we need additional brainpower. Could that be you? 🌍

In this role, you will be instrumental in the decision-making, negotiation, and organization of both physical and digital events. You will have the opportunity to travel globally, experiencing diverse cultures and landscapes. To ensure continuous improvement, you will establish and track meaningful objectives and KPIs for each event.

Digital content > website, social media, sales collaterals

Over the years, we have created a wealth of content for our various media channels and website, driven by the diverse range of our product offerings. To further amplify our brand and embody Basikon’s ambition, we are looking for our future Marketing Manager to be a wellspring of inspiration for both copywriting and creative ideas. ✨

In this role, you will ensure our content is impactful and effectively supports our sales operations. You will oversee all marketing channels and social media, architecting our communication strategy and editorial calendar.

Central CRM > coordinate & drive our sales initiatives

We utilize HubSpot and aim to leverage it more proactively. We need an experienced individual to further structure and challenge our lead generation and sales performance. As the co-owner of this central tool, you’ll drive our CRM strategy forward. 🤖

As we grow our team, we will need you to review and optimize our CRM processes, enhance data quality, and maximize the efficiency of our sales and marketing operations. By driving our CRM strategy forward, your role will be crucial in supporting our growth objectives.


Preferred experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Boasts a social presence that naturally attracts in networking events, fluent in English and French, but also German (our next focus being DACH)

• Has at least 5 years of experience in operational marketing (event organization and content management), very familiar with the B2B tech / SaaS industry

• Possesses a creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented vision and skills in engineering growth, eager to challenge and be challenged

• Is versed in various marketing, automation and reporting tools, and obviously super comfortable with HubSpot from front to back
