We are looking for a Data Strategist to develop and enhance the data potential of our product.

Beamy helps to monitor the use of technology in Large Enterprise. We have today Millions of event reports streamed every day. This data enables our customers to understand how their employees use technology, for example, whether standard tools are being adopted, and which tools are critical to the business.

We're capable of collecting a huge amount of different data, but today it's under-exploited due to a lack of manpower in the team. We have the strong conviction that we have a golden asset in our hands, which is largely underestimated and under used. It’s time for Data science & analyse.

You'll be part of a team of 3 Data Engineers, as the first Data Strategist (we think it's a Data Scientist role, but as it's very business and product oriented, we've chosen this name).

MISSIONS

Data Analysis and Insights Generation

Analyse large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can deliver value to our users or drive technical decisions.

Use statistical methods and more advanced data science techniques to uncover hidden opportunities and optimize current models.

Set the base for future AI development

Develop, test, and deploy advanced and/or predictive models and algorithms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. These models can be imagined for internal needs (operations, quality, …) or for clients directly (predictive insights on the platform such as predict the evolution of an application usage in the future)

Set the framework for installing AI at the core of our product as of 2025. For now, we only exploit basic gen AI capacities, which largely accelerated some PoCs and features. But we are convinced that our products will be AI-driven in the future.

Collaboration and Communication with internal teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to understand client's data needs.

Communicate complex findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone with a strong business & end-user perspective. A strong product oriented mindset, who has already worked as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

You have at least 4 year of experience with data statistic & insight.

You have strong data exploration skills (SQL/Big Query)

You’re used to working with Python (Pandas, …) and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow, …)

You are bilingual in French or it’s your native language.
