The Growth Lead at Beavr is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying, targeting, and enabling our Revenue team to then engage and target the right companies and prospects. Our growth team can be summed up as the back-end of the sales team. The Growth Outbound Lead is the owner of the growth team’s performances.
Lead Generation (40%)
Ownership over filling our Webinars with registrants
At the core of our Lead Generation strategy, 200 downloads / week + 150 registrants minimum to bi-weekly webinars, 45% attendance rate

List Enrichment (30%)
Enrich and prepare quality ICP lists for our sales team (SDRs, AEs)

Make sure ICP leads arrive in Hubspot and Sales’ hands enriched
Filter out bad leads

CRM & Sales Enablement (20%)
Optimise our CRM views (Hubspot) and/or Slack views, build workflows of lists towards sales hands for us to have world class processes
Track SDRs, AEs prospecting performance with trustworthy data
Work hand-in-hand with our Revenue lead + Rev Ops to improve prospection performance, especially related to back-end side of things
Optimise how SDRs will use our new Sales Engagement tool

Work alongside our Ops Lead
You are a dynamic individual with 2-5 years of experience, ideally in roles such as SDR, Sales, or a Sales-Led Growth.
You thrive on taking initiative, diving deep into challenges, and developing scalable solutions. You excel in driving results by building effective, long-term methods rather than relying on quick fixes (i.e you’ve moved pass the hacker stage).
A strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making is a core part of your approach.
