To support this expansion, we are looking for a Head of Sales & Revenue (based in Nantes) to drive hypergrowth across our various sales channels.

As Beem's Head of Sales & Revenue, you will spearhead efforts to elevate our brand to the next level by building, managing, and optimizing high-performing sales teams. With multiple revenue streams driven by our diverse product portfolio (Beem Roof, Beem Battery, Beem Kit, Beem On, Beem Charger), your mission will be to craft and execute a global sales strategy tailored to each product, while cultivating a culture of sales excellence across the organization.
The objective is to achieve 3x growth within the next 12 months. You will report directly to the CEO and be an integral member of our Executive Committee (BOLT), regularly participating in Board meetings to provide insights and updates on sales performance and strategy. From day one, you will lead a team of 10+ sales people.

As Head of Sales & Revenue, reporting directly to Ralph, our CEO, you will drive Beem's commercial strategy and growth trajectory.
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams, fostering their development and success.
- Design and execute a sales strategy aligned with our bold growth ambitions, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities, while optimizing existing processes to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Define strategic priorities and align them with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and test new levers (virality, customer segmentation, partnerships).
- Crack the Beem sales playbook by optimizing existing processes and developing best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across regions.
- Unlock blockers in the sales process by identifying and removing obstacles that hinder growth, improving operational efficiency, and accelerating deal flow.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a motivated and ambitious sales team (growing to +25 team members by mid-2025, with a mix of SDR and B2C inside sales profiles).
- Implement scalable tools and processes to drive individual and team performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high accountability, ensuring every team member thrives in a high-growth environment.
3. Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze sales KPIs to refine strategies and execution.
- Manage the sales pipeline rigorously through Hubspot, ensuring reliable forecasts and timely actions.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to refine offerings and meet customer needs, continuously improving sales conversion rates.
4. Customer Success & Satisfaction
- Put customer satisfaction at the core of every decision, ensuring Beem delivers exceptional value at every touchpoint.
- Actively engage with customers (calls, meetings, events) to deeply understand their needs, uncover improvement opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
