ENTER THE GAME

As a User Research Apprentice, you will join the User Research team, made up of passionate professionals whose role is to design the best possible user experience by deeply understanding user behavior, motivations and needs.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Apply user research methodologies (interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.) to analyze user needs

Contribute to the analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data from usability tests

Explore and evaluate various channels for gathering user insights

Conduct continuous UX research monitoring and benchmarking

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This opportunity is for you if:

You are currently pursuing higher education in UX Design, UX Research, Ergonomics or a related field including UX research modules

You are passionate about sports and mobile apps

You are organized, rigorous, and proactive

You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team

And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Manon, Lead User Researcher, who will be your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
