ENTER THE GAME

As a Head of Product, you will join the Growth team, made up of Product Managers, Product Owners and Acquisition experts, whose role is to drive player acquisition and growth across all Betclic markets.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

We are looking for our next Head of Product to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Betclic's player acquisition initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for player acquisition, aligned with marketing and business goals.

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on acquisition.

  • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Design, Engineering, CRM, and Legal to deliver seamless acquisition experiences.

  • Innovation: Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities through user insights, competitive research, and market trends.

  • Execution: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous iteration, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

  • Performance: Define KPIs, monitor performance through data and analytics, and implement optimizations to drive acquisition.

  • Player-centricity: Deeply understand player needs to craft high-converting onboarding and referral journeys.

  • Compliance: Ensure all acquisition-related activities are compliant with local regulatory requirements.

  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    This job is for you if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a B2C digital environment.

  • You've worked on growth or acquisition products in competitive industries like gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or travel.

  • You have a growth mindset and a track record of delivering products that drive user acquisition and business results.

  • You're data-driven, leveraging tools like A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer insights to inform decisions.

  • You're a natural leader, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing product teams.

  • You're player-centric, with proven experience in designing user-friendly and compliant acquisition experiences.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.

  • You have experience with media attribution tools and ad analytics, which is a strong plus.

  • You speak English fluently; French is a plus.

  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

    If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

    Next, you will meet Paul - Growth Director, your future manager, followed by Thomas - Chief Experience Officer and then Julien - Chief Operation Officer (Excom member). 

    Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
