ENTER THE GAME

As a Lead Product Designer you will join the Product Design team, made up of 15 people, whose role is to design and optimize the user experience across Betclic's products.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Design and the Head of Product to define long-term strategy and vision.
  • Ensure consistency in user experience across all products.
  • • Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and develop a team of designers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Implement effective design processes and improve workflows.
  • • UX/UI Design:

  • Develop and deliver user-centered design solutions, from research to delivery.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that meet user needs.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams.
  • Advocate for design choices with internal stakeholders.
  •                       

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    This job is for you if:

  • You have a degree from a design school
  • You have successful professional experience in Product Design (10 years), including 3 years in a similar high-leadership role.
  • You possess natural leadership and have successful experience in team management.
  • You are highly organized and able to take a step back to guide your teams effectively.
  • You have proven experience managing complex projects and leading design teams.
  • You have strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and interface creation.
  • You are proficient with design tools like Figma.
  • You have strong communication and teaching skills to rally people around projects.
  • You are passionate about evolving UX best practices.And finally, you speak English fluently
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • · If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • · About two weeks later, you will either or work on a case study to present to the product team.
  • · Next, you will meet Lucien, head of product design, your future manager, followed by Thomas – Chief Experience Officer. Finally, Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
  • The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
