ENTER THE GAME

As Marketing Operations Executive you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns. Your main responsibilities focus on ensuring the smooth running of the CRM campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and leveraging customer data to improve campaign effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage CRM operations across multiple countries. You will handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution of CRM processes. A solid understanding of data and performance metrics will be key.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this context, your missions are as follows:

Campaign Management & Personalization

  • Design, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns aimed at engaging and reactivating our players across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages). Ensure campaigns are designed to meet specific customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal player experience across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize engagement. Experiment with different messaging, timing, and offers to understand what drives player engagement and prevents churn.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Measure and report on key performance metrics. This includes tracking how well campaigns drive player activity, retention and discovery of new products.
  • A/B testing: Run tests to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights: Use campaign results to provide insights to other teams what segments and behaviors need more focus for future retention and reactivation efforts.
  • Support & Monitoring

  • Ensures the follow-up of operations with customer service
  • Leads and coordinates the necessary actions for the smooth functioning of operations and tools
  • Monitors competitor actions regarding retention and engagement strategies
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in CRM, with experience in a growth business environment being a plus.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with a business mindset, and are comfortable using data to optimize campaign performance and improve customer engagement.
  • You are proactive in monitoring campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and staying updated on competitor strategies.
  • Your communication skills make you collaborate easily with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • You are able to manage multiple campaigns across multiple countries.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, Mathilde will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
  • You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
  • You will meet Anne-Tiphaine, Senior CRM Team Leader, your future manager.
  • You will be given a case study to work on to present to your future manager Anne-Tiphaine and Salvatore, Senior CRM OPS Team Leader.
  • You will meet with Arnaud Marketing OPS Manager and Salvatore Senior CRM OPS Team Leader.
  • Then, you will then have an interview with Paul, Growth Director.
  • Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.
  • To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks .
