As a Product Manager within our Sportsbook Product team, your role is to identify and explore opportunities brought up by our users to maximize the value and experience of our products.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this context, your missions are as follows:

            <ol><li><strong>Know our users and market perfectly</strong><ul><li>Understand our users, competitive environment, and product in detail.</li><li>Implement, formalize, share competitive and product benchmarking.</li><li>Follow industry news.</li><li>Become a key contact for your product area both inside and outside your tribe.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Be responsible for Product Discovery</strong><ul><li>Structure and lead the execution of a Product Discovery approach (problem/solution) in collaboration with UX Researchers and Product Designers.</li><li>Identify, understand user problems and needs, and prioritize them.</li><li>Use various qualitative (user interviews, tests...) and quantitative (market studies, internal data analysis...) research methods to uncover and evaluate any product opportunities.</li><li>Validate or denied identified opportunities by confronting them with users and collected data.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Contribute to product strategy and roadmap and communicate it to the teams</strong><ul><li>Feed the product strategy and teams with insights gathered (user interviews, data, competitive intelligence…).</li><li>Build and challenge the roadmap with the Product Director and the Head(s) of Product.</li><li>Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.</li><li>Embody the product strategy and communicate it within your tribe and throughout the company.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Build the best solution and measure its impact</strong><ul><li>Work with Product Designers to create the overall user journey and the best user experience for your product.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to identify and design the best solutions to solve a problem, in the most iterative way possible.</li><li>Ensure the value of the provided solutions.</li><li>Measure the impact of new features, analyze their usage, with the aim of continually optimizing the product.</li></ul></li></ol>            <p><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p><p>This job is for you if:</p><ul><li>You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fast paced company.</li><li>You have a strong product culture and master the main techniques and frameworks of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, Outcome, etc.).</li><li>You know how to structure a discovery, conduct user interviews and analyze insights.</li><li>You are 100% user-centric, love listening to them, having a direct impact, and taking on challenges.</li><li>You are data-oriented, able to interpret numbers to see what works, and constantly measure their impact.</li><li>You demonstrate empathy, great autonomy, rigor, and organization.</li><li>You are able to travel to our headquarter in Bordeaux, France on a monthly basis.</li><li>And finally, you speak English fluently.</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT ? </strong></p><ul><li>Travel &amp; Leisure benefit up to €600 per year.</li><li>Fitness benefit up to €30 per month.</li><li>Meal allowance.</li><li>Private health insurance after 6 months of employment.</li><li>Private pension scheme after 6 months of employment.</li><li>Relocation package.</li><li>Hybrid work arrangement from Malta.</li><li>Possibility to work remotely from home country for few weeks per year.</li><li>Constant focus on skills development with a personalized annual training program.</li><li>Career development in an international environment.</li></ul><p>And the opportunity to work in a friendly, youthful and fun atmosphere!</p><p><strong>Indefinite position to be filled as soon as possible in Sliema, Malta</strong></p><p>Betclic Group - Tagliaferro Business Centre, Level 3, Gaiety Lane, Sliema SLM1551, Malta</p><p><strong>This role is also available full remote (External contractor agreement) in Europe, with monthly travels to our headquarter based in Bordeaux - France.</strong></p>
