ENTER THE GAME  As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you play a key role in optimizing and structuring the group's cash management. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you are a strategic cornerstone, ensuring the monitoring and performance of financial flows

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC  

In this role, your main missions will be: 

Reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Design and optimize treasury dashboards (cash, financing, debt, investments).

  • Monitor and analyze treasury KPIs, and propose areas for improvement.

  • Ensure internal and external financial communication (reporting, forecasts, variance analysis).

  • Daily Treasury Management

  • Lead medium-term cash forecasting.

  • Monitor and optimize financial flows in France and internationally.

  • Oversee bank account management (openings, closures, routine operations) in collaboration with existing teams.

  • Contribute to optimizing investments to maximize returns while securing liquidity.

  • Project Management and Process Optimization

  • Support the evolution of the TMS (Kyriba): identify opportunities and configure improvements.

  • Contribute to optimizing the group's treasury by structuring financial flows.

  • Participate in the implementation of a cash pooling strategy.

  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

    This job is for you if:

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, or a related field. 
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in treasury or a similar role.
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and treasury tools (ideally Kyriba).
  • You have expertise in financial risks, cash forecasting, and reporting.
  • You have a proven track record in managing financial projects and digitizing processes.
  • You possess strong analytical and synthetic thinking.
  • You are meticulous and well-organized.
  • You are autonomous but also enjoy working in a team.
  • You have excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?  

    If your application is shortlisted, Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

    Next, you will meet Guillaume - Group Treasury Director, your future manager, followed by Victor - Deputy CFO.

    Finally, Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
