We are looking for a Global Application Specialist - Investigation Leader under a permanent contract who will work and grow within the Global Customer Service – Microbiology Investigation Unit.
You will report to the Investigation Unit Manager (Microbiology) within a team of 14 co-workers.
What will be your mission ?
Provide technical support (L2) to distributors and subsidiaries on our microbiology solutions from an application perspective (PPM, E-TEST, VITEK MS PRIME,...),
Coordinate investigations and conduct required meetings with domain experts,
Document complaints in Salesforce.com (and, depending on your skill set, investigations in Trackwise Digital),
Write responses to customers or to the Vigilance department,
Monitor trends on the product ranges you will be responsible for,
Participate in internal or external audits as a fronter.
Profile description:
Who are you ?
Bachelor degree in biology, and ideally with a specialisation in microbiology
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service positions (i.e. application specialist on the field or within a call center)
Experience acquired ideally within the IVD industry, within microbiology labs/hospitals
You have a good knowledge of the laboratories’ environment and workflow
You are familiar with IT aspects (systems’ inter-connectivity and connectivity with the Laboratory Information System)
Your English is fluent; other languages are a plus
You have demonstrated your leadership skills and your ability to convince and gain the trust of your stakeholders
You have very good communication skills, a team spirit as well as a synthetic and analytical mindset
You are customer and service oriented
You are autonomous and self-motivated and you quickly react to emergencies
You know how to manage priorities and are used to keeping your commitments.
You enjoy working in an environment of daily interactions with multidisciplinary teams
Travelling at La Balme site almost every 2 month
