About the role 👋

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Founder Associate to work directly with the company’s CEO, providing critical support across a variety of projects and functions. As a Founder Associate, you’ll help optimize the CEO’s time and resources, working on tasks that span across operations, product development, fundraising, marketing, and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and impact across all aspects of a fast-growing startup.

What you’ll do

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to streamline operations and drive key projects forward such as new product launches

• Support all fundraising activities including but not limited to building and managing our investor CRM, scheduling investor calls, supporting the preparation of pitch meetings, taking detailed notes during meetings and ensuring clear follow-up actions, all while maintaining a strict fundraising timeline to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

• Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges and improve processes, often involving multiple departments like product, engineering compliance, and customer care

• Support the marketing team in launching new growth initiatives to increase the number of app downloads

• Assist in key decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

• Manage high-priority tasks such as investor relations & reporting, recruitment efforts, and strategic planning sessions

• You have 1+ year of relevant experience in VC or in a VC-backed startup, ideally in product or growth

• You are hands-on and have a “get things done” attitude

• You like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems with expertise in balancing and articulating trade-offs

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
