● Automate IT Ops processes to reduce the load of tickets on the support team

● Provide a new automated process to ensure compliance with the ITOps team's SLAs

● Provide new solutions to user demand that are not supported by the ITOps technical

stack

● Provide technical expertise around the IoT in order to help the facilities team to better

exploit the building

● Guide teams in automation with new software or custom scripts

● Lead efforts in validation, commissioning and project implementation of new software or

IT Solutions for internal users

● Improve existing & future automation project

● Provide documentations about automation & software integration
