Aujourd'hui chez Bon Vivant, elle met son expérience des biotechnologies au service de la production de protéines laitières par fermentation de précision, contribuant à une alimentation plus durable.

Rencontrez Gessica, Head of Analytics

Géssica is Head of Analytics at Bon Vivant and holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry obtained in her native Brazil. With a career spanning academia, pharma, and biotech, she has extensive experience in method development, bioanalytics, and regulatory compliance.

At Bon Vivant, Géssica leads the Analytical Department, overseeing the development and validation of innovative assays to support R&D, food science, and bioprocessing.

She also collaborates with external partners to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and project milestones, driving excellence and innovation in analytical science.

Rencontrez Gustavo, Ingénieur Fermentation

Gustavo, ingénieur chimiste, s’est passionné pour la biotechnologie, en particulier la fermentation, dès le début de sa carrière.

Originaire de Colombie, il a poursuivi ses études d'ingénieur en France, se spécialisant dans les biotechnologies. Avec deux masters en poche et plusieurs années d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur fermentation, Gustavo a rejoint Bon Vivant, motivé par l’impact et le potentiel du projet.

Aujourd’hui, il joue un rôle clé dans le développement et l’optimisation de nos processus, accompagnant le scale-up de l’échelle laboratoire vers l’industrie, avec pour objectif de transformer l’alimentation durablement.
