We are a digital advertising partner for offline businesses - we support retailers in their marketing activities and help them find a new audience. Would you like to join and be a part of digitalisation of retail?

Bonial is part of Axel Springer SE and is the leading “Drive to Store” partner in Germany and France. Every day we inspire millions of users by connecting them to their favourite shops and brands via our platforms “kaufDA” and “MeinProspekt” in Germany, and “Bonial” in France.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign Managers to set up and optimize performance marketing campaigns, primely on Google and Meta products for the biggest retail clients in the French Market.

  • Interact and communicate internally with Sales, Customer-Success-Managers, as well as Content-Managers and Data-analysts.

  • Support ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, adjusting campaign strategies proactively to improve on budget results and meet targets

  • Provide regular, clear and actionable reports of all main KPIs highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization

  • Staying up-to-date with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and best practices to continue enhancing campaign effectiveness


Preferred experience

Your profile:

  • You are studying marketing, economics, business or a similar course of study

  • You have a passion for digital marketing, and you are able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • You have good analytical skills and feel comfortable using Excel

  • Willingness to learn quickly

  • Understanding of Paid Ads concepts (SEM/Social/Affiliate), as well as associated analytics platforms

  • Initial experience in Performance Marketing is desirable but not required

  • Relevant Google Ads, Meta and digital marketing certifications are desirable but not required.

  • You are fluent in English and French.
