Your mission

  • You will be in charge of Sales operational success. Your mission is to optimize global Sales tools and processes, to help the team focus on their core work. This role reports to Chief Revenue Officer. 
  • Your responsabilities

  • Make proactively recommendations to improve Sales team’s productivity & performance: from prospect scoring to Sales tools stack rationalization, the Sales Operations manager has to run analysis and manage projects to implement solutions, in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Be in lead on the CRM optimization: audit of our existing CRM, propose recommendations and implement updates. It will be your first main project at your arrival.
  • Be responsible for Sales' data quality from A to Z: ensure with Tech team the efficient integration of various data sources (CRM, Aircall, etc.), update Sales dashboards and detect abnormal KPIs evolutions.
  • Be in charge of Sales training on your project: with the support of Sales managers, train teams on new processes or tools, and create simple and qualitative Sales knowledge base* Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Data and Sales teams: make sure no-one is working on silos on Sales Ops projects
  • Become the point of contact for Sales process questions: On the top of long term projects, answer Sales teams and managers’ questions about Sales processes
  • We're looking for someone with...

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Sales, CRM implementation or Consulting. Having some experience in Sales Ops is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in project management with transversal teams (C-levels, marketing, product, data and sales teams)
  • Analytical skills: very good knowledge of Excel and data crunching is a must. Knowing SQL is a strong plus, you are at least not afraid to learn fast about it
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and tools. Having already participated in a CRM implementation is a strong plus
  • Both thinker & doer : strong analytical skills but also the ability to implement processes or tools by yourself
  • Creative problem solver: ability to detect issues and imagine creative solutions with limited resources
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to work independently by prioritizing effectively
  • Fluent professional English is a must
