The VP of Operations is leading Operations to deliver best-in-class user experience through three key areas:

Marketplace Operations

  • Ownership of liquidity management between Businesses and Professionals through:
  • Scaling vetting and onboarding of candidates
  • Supervision to optimise missions' connection rate
  • Collaborate with PX team (product & tech) to support liquidity management operations
  • Customer Care

  • Ticket-based Customer Support for both Businesses and Professionals, with potential evolution toward hybrid model (ticket + phone) for specific users and use cases
  • Development of the CSM program to drive Professional adoption and retention
  • Contrat de Travail Temporaire (Interim) Operations

  • We're building a dedicated brand and offer with a unique approach that leverages "contrat de travail temporaire" for the Hospitality Industry
  • Lead and build the interim operations structure from the ground up
  • Collaborate with PX (Product & Tech) for a smooth and progressively automated user experience
  • Strategical context:

  • We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience leading Operations teams with complex workflows
  • Strong track record as a senior manager in a startup/scale-up environment
  • Obsessed with user experience and satisfaction
  • Experience scaling teams and processes while maintaining quality
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and process optimization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the Interim industry is a big plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: agility, adaptability, speed and innovation
  • Fluent in French and English
