The Sales team consists mainly of SDRs, Business Developers, Account Executives and Key Account Managers.
Their job is to present all the benefits of the application to establishments and to support the roll-out of the business to existing accounts.
The Sales team is divided into 2 verticales :
And as for our Growth team, their job is to increase user activation, engagement and retention for both talents and businesses, in France and UK, on all our verticals.
They are divided between Growth Marketing team, SEO, CRM and Acquisition.
The G&A team consist of the Finance and Legal team, People team, Public Affairs and Brand team.
The Finance team help structure and manage daily financial operations related to Brigad activity.
The Legal team is in charge of all legal matters relating to the platform.
The People team is the main point of contact for all our internal employees. Their aim is to recruit the employees of tomorrow, to support them in their career with Brigad and to enable them to grow in a professional and welcoming working environment.
The Public Affairs team is in charge of developing and driving all public policy efforts for France and the UK as well as all actions and initiatives related to our status of a mission-driven company.
Finally the Brand team leads the communication plan and our presence on in France and UK.
The Platform Experience Team (composed of the Tech and the Product teams) provides the best experience to our users.. They identify opportunities and design features that enable Talents and Businesses to get the most out of Brigad and fulfill our vision to make work attractive and accessible to all.
