The position

Job description

Your role will be to lead Retail Campaign planning for all BAT categories. You, together with other teams and agencies, will be bringing unique ideas on how to activate & engage consumers, managing campaign planning, creative proposals development and campaign materials for Retail channel, ensuring brand consistency.

Business Acountabilities:

  • Cross functional cooperation with Brand & Trade & other teams.
  • Being the owner of annual Retail campaign planning process for the required categories and leading campaign deployment within cycle plan.
  • Supporting all activities across Retail and developing all campaign touchpoints in line with certain brand standards.
  • Coordinating side retail activities outside standard cycle plan.
  • Making sure that all touch points are aligned across the activation platforms and brand tone of voice is kept.
  • Planning and preparation of B2B education.
  • Onboarding, education & preparing instructions for Trade Market Representatives.
  • Collaborating with external marketing agencies.
  • Managing a subordinate and being responsible for his/her development.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably 3-4-year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within another FMCG organization or retail.
  • University degree, fluency in English and Czech is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and cooperate in matrix environment across several departments.
  • Good networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn, proactivity & independency.
  • Creative approach, ability to think conceptually and out of the box.
  • Sense of innovation and interest in new trends.
  • Analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data.
  • Advanced PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Retail touch points developed on time and in-line with Brand standards.
  • Clear instruction to Field Force and excellent execution in retail outlets.
  • On-time OOH booking and extending footprint.
  • Comprehensive 360 FMC Campaign planning.
  • Effective cooperation with Activation, Trade, Brand team, agency and LEX.
