The position

Job description

Your role will be to support the existing team by taking over the various tasks that arise from the day-to-day operations of the existing CRM ecosystem. Main areas of the role are coordination with the EM campaign and legal teams for briefing the content agency, taking over and solving various cases in Salesforce and related communication with call center operators, providing support to other members in regards to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, cooperating with vendors of external systems, provide feedback on processes and functionalities, participate in various other projects CRM team members are involved in.

Business accountabilities:

  • Liaison between the CRM and content agencies in alignment with the category, digital, and legal teams.
  • Constant optimization of existing CRM journeys with A/B testing, sharing best practices across CE markets.
  • Cooperation with local and regional Teams on various issues that arise on existing CRM infrastructure.
  • Supporting other members of the team in topics related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Supporting and testing e-commerce functionalities.
  • Supporting existing digital ecosystems.
  • Supporting system development for projects on the CE market.
  • Help maintain close relationship with local suppliers to deliver flawless data exchange and correct setup.
  • Utilize system functionalities to deliver added value to the company.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Willingness to quickly learn & proactivity & independency.
  • Affinity for systems in a business environment.
  • Basic analytical capabilities utilizing data and system functionalities.
  • Ability to manage various activities.
  • Networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sense of innovation.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • English fluent.
  • PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Translate local market requirements into consumer-driven CRM content.
  • Analyse and optimize current CRM journeys with A/B testing.
  • Execute CRM operations and support high-level data quality.
  • Gather relevant info to help development project deliverables.
