The CE Area Digital Content Executive acts as the digital content expert and the key point of contact for Central Europe Area (DE, PL, CH, AT, CZ, SK). The purpose of this role is to ensure high performance of organic search as a source of traffic, as well as timely and efficient delivery of digital, especially e-commerce content to all markets. It requires close cooperation with end market teams, category teams, legal teams, and external agencies.

Business Accountabilities:

• Digital Cycle Plan ownership for their brands.
• On-site content creation.
• Supporting technical improvements (with Growth & UX teams).
• Strategy delivery, with regular reviews.
• Proactive monitoring of opportunities per EM – very proactive approach, finding similarities across CE, understanding EMs needs.
• Toolkit creation (briefing, feedbacking).
• Non-toolkit launches (e. g. flavour extensions, seasonal campaigns//contextual toolkits).
• Content updates (e. g. Legal or Cat requests, UX changes).
• Content upgrades – proactive monitoring, testing and improving of existing content.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Independent, Agile, Open minded and ambitious Digital enthusiast.
• Highly analytical approach with knowledge of digital metrics (especially in websites performance analytics).
• General digital knowledge with focus on SEO.
• Hands on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Drive to achieve business results and continually look to improve performance.
• Passion for understanding consumers and improving their experience and satisfaction.
• Experience with digital content creation.
• Strong planning and execution skills in digital project delivery.
• Clear, concise presentation skills at all levels.
• Fluency in English and one of the CE languages.
