The position

Job description

The purpose if this role is to lead strategic planning of HoReCa Hostess promotion in line with cycle plan, KPI and objectives we want to achieve for further business growth. This should be delivered via innovative consumer dialogue approach, way of communication and effective management of hostess platform. Platform and results should be regularly re-evaluated with a clear and conclusive recommendation based on key learning.

Business Accountabilities:

  • Effective management of team 121 HoReCa specialists (setting KPIs and complete plans).
  • Evaluating and analyzing 121 promotional results and provide key findings and recommendations.
  • Planning of 121 HoReCa promotion, using market knowledge and the most effective ways of consumer dialogue.
  • Effective management of agencies and suppliers.
  • Collaborating on marketing projects outside of the standard activation plan campaign.
  • Cross-functional cooperation with a focus on the HoReCa team, Unconventional team, Campaign team, Insights & Foresights team, Category team and Legal team.
  • Systematically monitoring and understanding current market experiences on an ongoing basis to gain insights that lead to the effectiveness of various communication activities.
  • Budget management - full responsibility for the allocated budget.
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of all HoReCa hostess touch points (in accordance with all brand requirements).
  • Responsible for hostess tourplan with all the details, including place rotation and ensuring outlets traffic potential.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably 2-3-year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG or retail organization.
  • Understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities.
  • Strong leadership & communicative skill.
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery.
  • Networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn & proactivity & independency.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Sense of innovation.
  • Excellent and effective communication and presentation in Czech and English.
  • PC skills (advanced knowledge): MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
