The position

Job description

Are you passionate about marketing activation and looking for a role that offers both strategic insight and hands-on execution? We’re looking for a Marketing Activation Specialist to support the delivery and administration of our own Retail and other activation plans across the HoReCa (HRC) platform in the Czech Republic.

Business Accountabilities:

  • Cross functional cooperation with Category, Activation, Legal & other teams.
  • Responsibility for the proper operation of our own retail pop up stores – all necessary conditions.
  • Coordinate & Communication with agency responsible for running the retail – briefing, controlling, reporting, invoicing.
  • Continuously tracking of results & performance activations of our retail stores - to have prepared inputs for bigger evaluations and suggestions how to improve activations – more strategic part together with Line Manager.
  • Execution of all materials/touchpoints to retail pop-ups.
  • Control visits of 3 pop-ups - on regular basis (at least once a month each store), controlling & education of shop assistants, checking all product visibility & set up activations.
  • Administration – invoices, budget management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably 1-2-year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG organization or retail.
  • Understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and cooperate in matrix environment across several departments.
  • Networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn & proactivity & independency.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Sense of innovation & interest in new trend and digital environment.
  • English fluent, Czech communicative.
  • PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
