  • Manage the In-store furniture program for Independent retailers.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and share of voice across store formats.
  • Cooperation with trade activation manager to fully utilize a potential of planograms (both from POP & POS point of view).
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with POP agencies and producers — ensure they understand BAT’s expectations, values, and standards.
  • Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources in line with business goals.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance trade presence and retail execution.
  • Support simplification and improvement of tools and processes used by Trade Partners in the field.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and interpret key data sources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Thinking strategically and planning for the long-term.
  • Handling multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Driving innovation and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team members to consistently deliver high performance.
