The position

Job description

The purpose of this role is to combine knowledge from marketing, trade teams and field force to effectively cooperate to reach trade goals and to support stable communication platform for execution of our campaigns and activities. Based on shopper insights and trade knowledge, this role should support effective distribution matrix among channels as well as support product visibility via planogramming. A cooperation especially with trade development executive is crucial.

Business Accountabilities:

  • Combine knowledge from marketing, trade teams and field force to effectively cooperate to reach trade goals.
  • Support trade development executive regarding the B2B loyalty program in the Czech Republic and share best practices to other markets.
  • Support trade development executive regarding the development of distribution matrix & planograms across the individual trade channels.
  • Integrate campaign plans with other planned Trade, Brand and KA activities in the overall cycle plan.
  • Secure effective communication of all B2B activities towards the field force.
  • Systematically monitor and understand actual market experience on an on-going basis to develop insights to drive effectiveness of different communication activities.
  • Continuously look for and capitalize business opportunities of self-development in functional and leadership skills.
  • Continuously maintain and improve internal business relationships within the function and cross functional by sharing experience and knowledge and contribute to the strategic thinking processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Awareness of trade, customer’s insights, and brand strategy.
  • The principal skills required are in operating and coordinating operationally, making things happen, communication/interpersonal skills as well as leading cross functional small projects with trade department.
  • Preferably university degree.
  • Preferably experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Field sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach – independency.
  • Fluent Czech & English languages.
  • PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
