Bára Miháliková, Senior Brand Manager Jack Daniel´s

Bára works in the dynamic marketing department as the Senior Brand Manager for the Jack Daniel's brand. Her responsibilities include creating complex strategies, preparing detailed annual plans, and implementing various marketing campaigns. She works closely with her talented colleagues in the positions of Brand Manager and Junior Brand Manager, forming a cohesive team. Together, they are responsible for building and developing the Jack Daniel's product portfolio in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Andrej holds the position of Key Account Manager in our sales team. In this role, he strategically focuses on the long-term development of business cooperation with our key customers. However, his involvement extends beyond his work duties. He is actively engaged in our Employee Development Groups (ERGs), which cover a wide range of topics.
Michal currently leads the Supply Chain department, which is responsible for maintaining optimal warehouse stocks and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the company's customers. With his calm demeanor and positive attitude, he actively promotes teamwork among all departments on a daily basis.
Jill holds the role of Senior People Strategy Analyst - Europe within our HR Department. Her team provides master data management and reporting support. They ensure the accuracy and integrity of our most critical data, HR People Data. As well as building visualizations to communicate data and metrics to tell Brown Forman's story best.
Jill is also involved in our Young Professionals ERG Group, where she is involved in many events that help engage, support, and connect young professional employees within the Czech branch
