We are looking for a Data Analyst to take full ownership of financial data integrity, client health scoring, market expansion analytics, and own the semantic layer in our data model.
You’ll need strong analytical skills, deep product and business understanding, and proficiency in SQL. A solid grasp of software engineering best practices is a plus, as you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data processes and automation.
What will be your impact:
Ensure Billing Accuracy & Financial Integrity: Own and optimize financial data pipelines, ensuring our B2B billing is correct and Stripe charges align with expectations.
Develop Client Health Metrics: Design and maintain a Health Score system to track customer engagement, retention risks, and revenue opportunities.
Support Market Expansion: Provide data-driven insights that guide go-to-market strategies and expansion efforts.
Own the Semantic Layer: Design, implement, and maintain the semantic layer, making data more structured and accessible so that stakeholders can self-serve insights without relying on analysts.
Drive Business Insights: Identify trends and anomalies in financial and customer data to improve decision-making.
Have +4 years of experience as a data analyst
Have high proficiency in SQL
Have familiarity with statistical tools
