What you will do with us:

• Oversee installation of plants, machines, and accessories.

• Support mechanical fitters and technicians on installation process

• Aim for plant improvements and cost reduction

• Ensure timely completion of installations; report progress

• Update Site and Project Managers regularly

• Provide daily/weekly reports on project status

• Offer technical feedback during debriefings

• Promote good teamwork and adherence to company policies

• Act as the main contact for clients and contractors on-site

• Track and report deviations in scope of work

• Travelling to customers abroad

What you will need:

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

• Strong site team management and customer focus

• Ability to work internationally; willingness to travel

• Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills

• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
