Provide daily 2nd level remote support to our customers using real-time data and notifications from the internal system
Resolve automation-related incidents in the milling, chocolate and beer industries
Collaborate with other Bühler specialists (e.g. automation engineers) on individual cases
Manage tasks and initiate the quality notification process within our cloud-based ticketing system
Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or a related field; or similar experience in a technical position
Hands-on experience with industrial automation
Strong knowledge of automation processes (process control system, visualization system)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken - daily communication with international colleagues and customers
Knowledge of German and Czech is an advantage (not required)
