We are hiring a Business Development Representative, focused on the Dutch market.
Your playground could be a bit larger, with a potential focus on the Flemish part of Belgium + the Netherlands.
BuyCo is in a phase of growth, and we want to expand even more in this area.
We are looking to strengthen the Sales and Marketing team, in order to bring more qualified meetings to Paul, our Senior Account Executive.
You will join the ‘North Europe’ team composed of 2 people:
Paul, Senior Account Executive,
Elisabeth, Customer Onboarding Manager.
And you will be in touch with the rest of the team (🇧🇷 Ana-Carolina, 🇯🇵 Kentaro, 🇮🇳Avishek, 🇫🇷 Antoine + 🇺🇸 Eric, 🇮🇹 Nadir).
You will report directly to Sylvain, Chief Marketing Officer, and work hand in hand with your Account Executive (Paul) + Benoit, Head of Sales.
As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” Dutch companies through strategic prospecting 👀
To do this, you will leverage BuyCo’s existing leads and seek new connections with decision makers.
Our Business Development Representatives research and prospect businesses with the goal of generating qualified meetings for our Sales’ team.
Core tasks :
Decision-makers identification: identified accounts, and map personas 🔍
Outbound activities: cold calls, social selling, direct emails 🧑💻📱
Schedule online product demonstrations for your assigned Account Executive 🤝
We imagine (ideally) a journey like this one :
- 4 months after your arrival: you master your new environment and easily articulate the BuyCo value proposition. You are autonomous and you deliver a regular stream of meetings for the Sales team 🎉
- 8 months after your arrival: you are the expert of Meeting Generation at BuyCo, and you directly mentor other junior BDRs.
- 1 year after your arrival: several of the leads you created have converted into customers 📈

You are a hunter when it comes to Sales.
You are a native Dutch speaker 😍
You speak English.
You already worked with some of our tools: Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Cognism, AirCall.
You are not afraid to talk to people that you don’t know.
Compensation: between 47k / 55k per year at 100% of your objectives, with uncapped variable.
