We created our Working From Home policy to be in line with today's way of working: hybrid, flexible and accommodating to our ever-changing needs. Adapting to our WFH policy but not wanting to lose our strong sense of community, we host monthly virtual gatherings with the France & Sweden teams, to stay in touch with the other teams across the business and to be updated on the company’s news. We also host global virtual town halls on key topics, especially I&D. Of course, we still share some key moments in-person at the office, including impactful onboarding, engaging team building initiatives, memorable corporate events and more!
