Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective customer engagement and retention strategies.
Segment customer databases accurately to enable highly targeted CRM campaigns.
Build, deploy, and manage automated multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Content Cards).
Optimize campaigns continuously to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with CRM, Design, Data, Copywriting, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Conduct comprehensive A/B testing to drive data-informed improvements and iterative enhancements.
Stay informed of the latest CRM trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
Adapt campaigns to target audiences across market segments (b2c, b2b2c, b2b), countries (France, UK, The Netherlands, Canada, Spain, Italy) and products (Cafeyn, Blendle, ePresse, Mangas.io and Kidjo).
Monitor, analyze, and report CRM performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
Refine messaging strategies and automation workflows based on customer insights and behavioral data.
Work collaboratively with the Data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR.
Required Skills:
Expert-level experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Braze and Hubspot preferred).
Proven track record of managing and optimizing CRM campaigns across various channels (Email, Push, In-App, Content Cards), products and countries
Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, and refine automated customer journeys and workflows.
Strong analytical skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize CRM performance based on KPIs.
Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavioral targeting.
Solid skills in HTML/CSS and advanced message personalization techniques.
Proficient with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with data structures, API integrations, and data exchange between CRM platforms and external systems (desirable).
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple initiatives.
Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including CRM, Design, Data, Copywriting, and Tech.
Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to clearly articulate complex CRM insights, data-driven recommendations, and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
