Job description


As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing human resources within our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective HR initiatives while supporting managers and creating a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.

Main Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Operational Management:

  • Develop and apply the HR strategy in collaboration with the management team, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Update and ensure the application of HR processes (onboarding, recruitment, performance management, offboarding).
  • Propose and implement improvement solutions based on HR data analysis.

Recruitment & Talent Development:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, in collaboration with managers.
  • Develop training plans and initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Foster a company culture focused on performance, engagement, and well-being.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and supervise administrative tasks such as contract management, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Manage disciplinary cases and support managers in handling team-related matters.

Employee Relations:

  • Maintain constructive social dialogue with employee representative bodies (CSE, negotiations).
  • Ensure a respectful work environment in full compliance with legal obligations.

HR Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze HR KPIs (retention rate, satisfaction, turnover).
  • Provide regular reports to the management team to guide strategic decisions.

Required Skills

Experience and Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources management, including 3 to 5 years as HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR tools (ATS, HRIS) and labor regulations.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and organization.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to solving HR challenges.
  • Leadership and the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire stakeholders.
