ABOUT THE POSITION

CFM is looking to strengthen its Portfolio team by recruiting a dynamic and passionate software development engineer.

The mission of the Portfolio team is to ensure the construction and monitoring of portfolios in both production and simulation environments, covering various asset classes including equities, futures, and options. Based in Paris, within a team of experienced engineers, you will contribute in a Linux environment to the development of portfolio construction processes for daily and intraday decisions. As a quantitative Python developer, you will work closely with the research team to improve and optimize the software architecture used in portfolio construction.

Profile description:

Your responsibilities:

- Participate in the optimization and support of decision processes in Production and Simulation environments.

- Collaborate closely with research teams to integrate their new ideas into production.

- Take part in the specification and development of new features in portfolio construction applications.

- Contribute to CFM’s new technology projects (Cloud, AI, etc.).

- Improve the tools provided to researchers and promote best practices.

Skills:

With a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, you are a passionate engineer who:

- Has at least 4 years of professional experience.

- Has excellent Python skills and is familiar with scientific libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.

- Has experience and certifications in Cloud Computing on AWS.

- Has strong knowledge of system and software architecture.
