ABOUT THE POSITION

 

CFM is gearing up for a transformative year as we head into 2025, marking a significant acceleration for our company.

To meet the evolving demands of the research department, we are dedicated to making substantial investments in cutting-edge technological initiatives. The meaningful integration of advanced technologies, such as generative AI and cloud solutions, is at the core of our transformation strategy. Simultaneously, we are enhancing our security infrastructure to ensure the safe and optimized use of these advanced technologies.

 

We are seeking a skilled Security Solutions Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of our security solutions, with a primary focus on identity and data governance.

Based in Paris, you will be an integral part of our Information Security team, responsible for maintaining, updating, and supporting these critical systems. You will work closely with internal teams (e.g., IT Infrastructure for LDAP directories) and external vendors/integrators to ensure our systems remain robust, secure, and aligned with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Manage daily operations for security solutions encompassing identity governance, administration, and identity analytics. 

• Develop, update, and maintain clear operational procedures and technical documentation. 

• Install all necessary software updates on the systems supporting these solutions.

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring a high level of service continuity. 

• Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to integrate and align solutions with adjacent systems (e.g., LDAP directories). 

• Liaise with vendors and integrators for technical support, updates, and best practices adoption. 

• Monitor system performance and proactively implement improvements to enhance security and operational efficiency. 

• Stay informed on emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous compliance.

• Fulfill on-call duties for certain critical systems to guarantee timely incident response.

 

Qualifications: 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 

• Deep understanding of IT security fundamentals and practical experience in identity governance/administration and identity analytics. 

• Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Sailpoint identity solutions and Microsoft Purview

• Proven ability in secure scripting and code development (e.g., Python, PowerShell). 

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, Git) for effective versioning and deployment. 

• Familiarity with Jira for support tickets.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra, Amazon Identity Center, OpenLDAP.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently and within a multi-national team environment.

 

Required Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in an Identity Management or related security operations role. 

• Fluency in French and English (business and technical proficiency required).

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Write secure scripts and code enhancements; use CI/CD tools for proper code management and version control.
