The position

Job description

Are you passionate about managing complex tools and applications in a dynamic and complex corporate environment? We're looking for a skilled and driven colleague to join our team and take charge of both internally provided and externally purchased applications. You’ll be at the heart of our application management processes, driving improvements and ensuring the health of critical business tools.

This role covers following activities

  • Own the Process: Take charge of managing applications, building roadmaps, and driving their lifecycle, from implementation to retirement.
  • Collaborate & Negotiate: Work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery, incident management, and regular performance checks.
  • Drive Improvements: Lead initiatives for process optimization, vulnerability management, and handling obsolescence. Be the go-to person for testing and analysis during upgrades or changes.
  • Lead with Confidence: You’ll be the owner of select tools, handling both strategic and hands-on tasks. Whether it’s updating processes or resolving incidents, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Be a Communicator: Share your insights, update documentation, and foster strong communication across the team and with external partners.

Your profile

  • Experience with Application and Project management, with a solid understanding of IT systems.
  • Fluent in English and Czech for daily interactions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
  • Confident in diving into technical details, even in unfamiliar areas, and collaborating with technical experts.
  • Strong communicaton skills, open to different opinions, but able to stand by your own when necessary.
