Job description

BNP Paribas Cardif is the Insurance Company of the Banking Group BNP Paribas. Its mission is to insure individuals, their families and properties. Cardif distributes its insurance products (Savings and Protection) through the network of its partners (Retailers, Banks & Financial Institutions, facility companies…). BNP Paribas Cardif is located in 36 countries all over the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and engage with local process analysts, ensuring adherence to our process framework for back office

  • Organize and contribute to defining standard processes using relevant data, KPIs and BPM methodology

  • Generate dashboard in Power BI and transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions

  • Continuously improve our process framework with innovative ideas and solutions

    This role covers following activities

     Define new and update existing Target Operating Models

    *
    Help to define and improve Target Operating Models for various products
    Work with experts from different functions to ensure comprehensive process design
    Use BPM methodology
    Help countries define their roadmaps for process standardization

    Measure and Improve Process

    *
    Define and track process metrics and performance

    *
    Collaborate with stakeholders in countries to collect data, generate and update dashboards in Power BI

    *
    Analyze data to identify anomalies, investigate the causes and work on improvements with stakeholders

    *
    Analyze and understand local processes and specificities

    *
    Monitor the implementation of process transformations in the countries

    Animate the community

  • Communicate Target Operating Model to local teams, collect their feedback and answer their questions

  • Support countries in executing defined EMEA process framework.

  • Guide process owners in their roles

  • Conduct workshops, analyze local processes, and provide leadership in change management.

Who You Are

  • Knowledgeable in PowerBI – experience in designing, developing and maintaining Power Bi dashboards

    Excellent in communication in English.

    *
    Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at simplifying complex issues.

    *
    Experienced in drafting process guidelines and leading process improvement is a plus

    *
    Highly organized and autonomous in your work approach.
