To make this summit a true success, we rely on an amazing team of 350-400 volunteers who support us throughout the three days of the event. To help coordinate the various volunteer teams, we introduced a new volunteer role: the Team Leader. As Team Leader you will be the main point of contact between the volunteers and the ChangeNOW team.

You’ll develop valuable leadership skills by managing a team, and providing guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly
You’ll interact with a wide range of individuals, including volunteers, event organizers, and attendees from various backgrounds, which can expand your network
This role is a great addition to your resume, showcasing your teamwork, organization, and leadership skills
You’ll work hand in hand with the ChangeNOW team in order to create the best possible experience for the volunteers
