In preparation of the ChangeNOW 2025 summit and under the supervision of the volunteer manager, you will be in charge of coordinating and the recruiting 400 volunteers coming from all over the world, building a strong community and ensuring that they all have a positive experience during the event.
As the Volunteers Coordinator, your missions will include :
Contributing to the recruitment and selection of the volunteers
Managing tools to support and guide volunteers throughout their experience
Acting as the intermediary between the ChangeNOW team and the volunteers
Creating and organizing schedules
Building and engaging a strong community of volunteers
Leading clear and enthousiastic briefings to prepare volunteers
Inspiring volunteers throughout the summit, ensuring they feel supported and motivated
Fluent in French & English
Successful experience in event and/or project management
At ease with digital tools
Autonomous & force of proposal
Organizational skills and flexibility
Enjoying building connections with people and engaging them in their missions
Deep motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
