Chargepoly

Chargepoly grows at high speed globally. In 2023 we opened our first subsidiary in US and 3 employees are expatriated to develop business in North America. Other branches will be opened in Europe and will be additional opportunities for professional mobility. By developing the competencies of the teams, we aim to offer a fulfilling career to all employees with technical, operational and management ladders for everyone.

All managers are in charge of training and supporting the teams, at personal and professional levels. Frequent reviews are set to share needs and objectives together. Group trainings (HSE, technical, IP...) aim at creating team spirit. Chargepoly promotes multicultural mindset of the people to consolidate knowledge and expertise of the global trends and technologies. Everyone is encouraged to participate at international symposiums and events.

Several people organize team events at work or outside. We have lunch every day together in the middle of our forest and the peacocks living there. Then some people go for a walk after lunch.
