💪 Team: During this internship, you will join the Marketing team at Click&Boat, a business unit composed of 30 people divided into four main teams: Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Brand & Communication.
You will become part of the Brand & Communication team, which is further divided by markets (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK, and New Markets). As a member of this team you will report directly to Nora, our Marketing Manager for Germany, UK, and New Markets. You will work closely with her and other team members on impactful marketing initiatives.
🚀 Tasks: To strengthen our presence in the German and UK markets, we are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Intern. Your key responsibilities will include:
Campaign Planning and Execution (40%)
Collaborate with the Country Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns.
Identify key moments to communicate with the target audience and develop tailored messaging.
Adapt global campaigns to resonate with the German and UK audiences.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing (20%)
Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers, businesses, and brands.
Assist in defining ideal influencer profiles and managing collaborations to expand Click&Boat’s reach.
Audience Research and Analysis (20%)
Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify target audiences and develop localized strategies.
Use data and insights to refine communication approaches and optimize campaign performance.
Content and Messaging (10%)
Support the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates, tailored to German or English-speaking audiences.
Ensure that all messaging aligns with Click&Boat’s tone of voice and branding.
Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
Work closely with other marketing teams (SEO, CRM, and Paid) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed, such as promotional campaigns and event planning.

Duration: 5-6 months
You have previous experience or academic exposure to marketing (internship, project, or coursework).
You are fluent in German and/or English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You possess a creative mindset and are eager to propose new ideas and solutions.
You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have a keen interest in brand marketing and audience engagement.
Familiarity with the German or UK market culture is a strong advantage.
A passion for boating or sailing is a plus but not mandatory.
