💪 Team:
In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :
Supply: deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).
You will work in Barcelona and will integrate the Supply team, a business unit composed of 10 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organised by market. You will report to Christopher, Head of Account Management.
You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.

Build up your team (20%):
Manage your team (60%):
Performance Monitoring: Communicate targets, and empower your team to make the account managers perform at their best through trainings, direct guidance, team meetings, floor animation etc.
Client Relationship Management: Contribute building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with boat owners and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them optimize their listings.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve account management processes within the team. Implement best practices that increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively through team projects.
Product Expertise: Ensure that your team is well-versed in the company’s products and services. Facilitate ongoing learning so that account managers can effectively advise clients and highlight the value of our offerings.
Smart Reporting (20%):
Own your team’s KPI and the knowledge of your market to communicate the most relevant information upward and downward regularly.
You will represent the account management team in strategic meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on client feedback and team performance.
Full-time contract to start in October/November.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the commercial sector (sales, account management, etc.), preferably within a fast-growing startup.
You have at least 1 year of experience managing a small team (2 to 5 people), including recruitment, training, performance tracking, and skill development.
Expertise: You are considered as an expert in operations management.
Work Ethic: You demonstrate impeccable work ethics and are ready to fully commit.
Analytical Skills: You possess analytical knowledge that allows you to support your ideas.
