The position

Job description

What You’ll Do:

Generate Opportunities: Identify and engage with key decision-makers at prospective companies to spark interest in Coachello’s solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to create a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Build Relationships: Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social platforms. Educate prospects on Coachello’s unique value proposition, paving the way for successful conversations.

Experiment and Innovate: Test and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and prospecting approaches to consistently generate high-quality opportunities.

Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and outcomes in the CRM. Share insights and trends to support sales forecasting and improve the overall strategy.

Market Research: Actively source and provide industry-specific information and trends for prospects.

Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with the founders and other Account Executives to continuously improve the sales team’s performance.


Location and Work Environment: We have an office in the vibrant Sentier neighborhood in the center of Paris.

Preferred experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a SDR/BDR role within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record in outperforming targets

  • Ability to do business in French + English

  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in managing complex, high-value deals, and navigating intricate sales processes and contractual negotiations.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives and technical leaders.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and project management skills, able to manage many moving parts with limited support.

  • Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

  • Passion for Learning & Development / Coaching: Previous experience or passion in coaching, leadership, and development is highly advantageous.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.


Recruitment process

  • Practical Exercise: We’ll provide a case study or sales scenario to evaluate your problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to articulate value propositions. This will happen at our office with one founder + one Account Executive

4. Team Fit Interview:

  • Meet the Team: You’ll have informal meetings with potential team members and other stakeholders. This helps us see cultural fit and allows you to get a feel for the team dynamics.

5. Reference Checks:

  • Verification: We’ll conduct reference checks to validate your experience and gather feedback from previous employers or colleagues.

6. Offer:

  • Formal Offer: If you’re successful through all stages, we’ll extend a formal offer outlining the details of the role, compensation, and benefits.

7. Onboarding:

  • Welcoming You: Once you accept the offer, our onboarding process will ensure you have everything you need to hit the ground running and integrate smoothly into our team.
