Coachello is looking for a quick-thinking, resourceful intern or apprentice to help streamline our coaching operations. You’ll work directly with our Head of Coaching, assist and advise clients, and ensure our human and AI coaching programs run smoothly.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Optimize and manage coaching operations such as on and offboardings

• Support our Head of Coaching with key initiatives

• Assist and advise our corporate clients

• Help scale and refine our coaching processes

• A lot of various other tasks with other team !

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in French & English

• Strong affinity with coaching & people development

• Fast learner who knows the start-up stack (Notion, Slack, G-suite, Linear, etc.)

• Organized, proactive, and eager to make an impact
