The position

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Team in Montpellier (France) or in full-remote across Europe. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with Philip (Global Head of Revenue Operations) and your key responsibilities will be :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Customer teams, ensuring their needs are met and fully supported.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer teams to identify and prioritise their technology needs.

  • Oversee the sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales productivity tools, and reporting systems.

  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales productivity and efficiency, including forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Work with the Global Head of Revenue Operations to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs that support growth and maximise revenue.

  • Own the production of accurate sales data, using data to inform decision-making and drive growth.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance and key metrics, including pipeline and forecast accuracy, win rates, and deal size.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive growth and improve processes.

Preferred experience

What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Analyst or a related role. Experience in SaaS Business or scale-up is a bonus.

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem building out processes and flows as an admin user.

  • High proficiency in working with commercial data, BI tools, SQL.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.


Recruitment process

The hiring process is in 4 steps :

  • 30 minutes screening with Cédric (People Ops Manager)

  • 45 minutes interview with Phillip (Head of Revenue Operations)

  • 45 minutes interview with Laura (Chief Revenue Officer)

  • 2 interviews of 30 minutes with Amanda (CEO) & Mathilde (Head of People)
