We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Team in Montpellier (France) or in full-remote across Europe. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with Philip (Global Head of Revenue Operations) and your key responsibilities will be :
Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Customer teams, ensuring their needs are met and fully supported.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer teams to identify and prioritise their technology needs.
Oversee the sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales productivity tools, and reporting systems.
Develop and implement processes to improve sales productivity and efficiency, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Work with the Global Head of Revenue Operations to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs that support growth and maximise revenue.
Own the production of accurate sales data, using data to inform decision-making and drive growth.
Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance and key metrics, including pipeline and forecast accuracy, win rates, and deal size.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive growth and improve processes.

What we are looking for
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Analyst or a related role. Experience in SaaS Business or scale-up is a bonus.
At least 1 year of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem building out processes and flows as an admin user.
High proficiency in working with commercial data, BI tools, SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
