The position

Job description

Part of Group Operations the Group Senior BPM Manager is focusing in designing and implementing customer centered processes to delight our customers and improve operational performance.

He/ She drives projects to streamline processes and align with multiple key stakeholders to ensure we are delivering high value customer experience as well as excellence in our operations.

He/ She collaborates with functional and local areas of the business to deliver on the readiness, enablement and activation of processes, tools/technologies that enhance and accelerate the benefits/value of operational excellence programs.

He/ She plays a key role in connecting the customer view into the process design.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional, Worldwide project team(s) to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Drive prioritization and selection of strategically-relevant process initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops to understand and map existing processes & customer journeys and identify pain points. Facilitates the discussion of potential solutions for areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or waste
  • Monitors, documents and presents process improvements
  • Manage the implementation of identified improvements
  • Define the KPIs to monitor performance
  • Provides consulting and coaching services for regional Lean referents and /or other people in the organization and actively support through the change and transformation
  • Participate and/or lead  Business Projects work streams as needs necessitate

Missions abroad are possible.


Preferred experience

Profile requirements:

  • Customer centric oriented
  • Master degree (BAC+5) in Economics, Business Administration, IT or others
  • 7+ years of experience with proven track record in process optimizations, operational excellence , lean management
  • Experience in mapping processes (VSM’s) and implementing impactful improvements with efficiency savings. Lean certification would be a plus.
  • Deep E2E knowledge of processes like: Order to Cash, Invoicing, Claims Management
  • Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead change initiatives
  • Polished written and oral communicator in French and English. Additional languages are a plus
  • Creative, innovative, analytical and collaborative
  • Project management and facilitation skills
  • Highly organized, design-minded and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of financial services / credit insurance would be highly appreciated
