Within the Group Human Resources Department, The International Mobility division advises and supports the Group's entities and provides them with legal, social and tax expertise for employees on international mobility.
The division also coordinates the International Graduate Program (V.I.E. Program), which allows young graduates to work abroad within the Group's entities.
Responsibilities
You will be attached to the Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility Direction.
You manage the different stages of the international mobility lifecycle and the V.I.E Program, according to the Group policies and the business requirements, with the support of the International Mobility Lead.
Your main responsibilities will be:
International Mobility
-Preparation of IM offer to assignees, including salary packages and cost projections using Mercer Global HR Monitor in order to facilitate decision-making, presentation of IM offers to the selected candidates.
-Administrative management: draft contract documents, ensure validity of documents (contracts, certificates, work visas), manage social protection when required (enrollment, termination, verification, payment), work in close cooperation with external vendors and coordinate the relocation process (immigration, tax, medical, moving, home search)
- Deployment of IM workflow tool
-Cost monitoring: invoice management, follow-up on costs
-Reporting & dashboards: track inbound and outbound international assignments, prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to International Mobility
- Follow-up of Virtual assignments : monitoring and collecting audit trail.
V.I.E Program
-Administrative management: coordinate the assignment procedure with Business France
-Cost monitoring: invoice management, follow-up on V.I.E. costs
-Reporting & dashboards: track inbound and outbound V.I.E. missions, prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to V.I.E. activity
-Customer Support: ensure compliance with V.I.E. processes and policies, answer questions from the V.I.E. population and the regions, and bring solutions to different problems and situations
You have a first experience of 3 to 5 years in International Mobility, preferably in an international environment
-Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
-Fluent English for daily communication with our international network
-Excellent command of Microsoft office, with a specific focus on Excel
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, rigorous and structured, autonomy and strong customer orientation
