We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Team Lead to manage and coach a team of Telemarketers/SDRs while dedicating a significant portion of their time to securing qualified appointments (SQL). You will be responsible for implementing effective telesales strategies, recruiting and training new team members, and ensuring performance targets are met.
Your objective is to generate 60 qualified appointments per month with a primarily mid-market B2B target audience. You will be fully integrated into the sales team, reporting to the Lead Generation Manager, and working closely with internal marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Appointment Setting (60%)
- Actively engage in securing qualified appointments with key decision-makers by applying best prospecting practices.
- Qualify marketing leads and identify key contacts within target accounts.
- Personally generate at least 20 qualified appointments per month.
Team Management & Organization (20%)
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Organize, lead, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve the monthly appointment target.
- Plan and prepare prospecting campaigns in coordination with the Lead Generation Manager, aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and lead management processes.
- Manage the outbound calling system, including campaign setup and monitoring.
Training & Coaching (10%)
- Guide and support the telesales team in developing their skills.
- Develop and implement effective telesales scripts.
- Train and coach team members to enhance their performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting (10%)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess work quality through activity dashboards.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize prospecting efficiency and team performance.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Monitor objectives and KPIs.
