The position

Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creative Strategy Ownership: Take full ownership of the creative strategy for our branding activities on a global scale.

  • Brand Identity Evolution: Refine and evolve our brand identity across every channel, ensuring consistency and impact.

  • Content Creation & Visuals: Oversee the creation of visually stunning marketing assets—photos, videos, graphic design, and web experiences.

  • Product Marketing: Lead product/service launches from planning through to flawless execution.

  • Engaging Content: Partner with our content/social media specialists to produce high-quality, captivating content that brings our brand story to life, including for paid acquisition.

  • Data-Driven Innovation: Develop and deploy innovative, data-driven content initiatives that drive brand awareness and resonate with our mission.

  • High-Quality Visuals: Manage the production and post-production of visual assets, from editing and color grading to ensuring that every piece elevates our brand.

  • Efficiency & Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by implementing new tools and processes for streamlined production.

  • Collaboration with Experts: Work with freelancers like creative directors, senior copywriters, and product designers to execute and deploy standout content.


Preferred experience

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ Years of Creative Experience: Proven leadership experience with a top-tier portfolio.

  • Background in Art & Creative Direction: Strong artistic background with a strategic and innovative approach.

  • Storytelling & Communication: A natural storyteller with strong communication skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and all the technical elements of producing standout content.

  • Outcome-Oriented: Focus on KPIs and delivering real outcomes, not just initiatives.

  • Passion for Engagement: A drive for building engagement through narratives and visual stories.

  • Fast-Paced Experience: Hands-on experience with high-growth environments.

  • Problem Solver & Perfectionist: You’re constantly learning, improving, and overcoming challenges.
